Kevin is a Kingsport native that graduated from Dobyns-Bennett. He attended ETSU for his undergraduate studies where he majored in Chemistry then continued his education at ETSU Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy. Kevin has been working as a compounding pharmacist for over 15 years and has earned many certifications in compounding.

Kevin & his wife Shannon opened Smith Pharmacy & Compounding because the Tri-Cities needed a pharmacy that specializes in compounding while also providing friendly, knowledgeable service to the people of the Tri-Cities.

David is a dedicated pharmacist with over 14 years of experience in community pharmacy with a specialty focus in compounding medications.

David started his journey right out of high school as a pharmacy technician, where he has held a lifelong career in the world of pharmacy and patient care in the Tri-Cities ever since. David attended ETSU for his undergraduate studies where he achieved a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry.

As a certified pharmacy technician, David apprenticed under Kevin Smith for continuing education in the art of compounding and how to tailor medications specifically to a patient's needs. David later went on to attend ETSU Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy, graduating with a Doctorate in Pharmacy in 2023.

With extensive knowledge and training in formulating medications, David regularly works with local providers to help create better products for patients where conventional treatments have failed.
